For 25 remarkable years, Frank has been the cornerstone of technical support for our customers. May it be software questions, installation issues or license replacements, his technical mastery and steadfast dedication are truly unmatched.
A problem-solver extraordinaire; Frank's ability to understand user confusion as well as Windows issues and translate them into solutions has surely prevented a few customers meltdowns (and possibly some internal ones too). He is the go-to contact who makes the seemingly impossible, possible.
