We are announcing the end of support for EASE 4. This announcement affects all EASE 4 licenses, with varying end-of-support dates depending on the purchase date.
 

• For licenses purchased after March 12, 2018, support will end on October 31, 2026. 

• For licenses purchased before March 12, 2018, the end of support was previously announced for September 30, 2025.

This end of support encompasses all AFMG services for EASE 4, including technical support, software maintenance, and other services such as license transfer and updates to the EASE 4 loudspeaker database. See our FAQ for all details.

While we understand this transition may require adjustments, we strongly encourage all EASE 4 users to upgrade to EASE 5. We currently offer significantly reduced Renewal Fees for all EASE 4 users looking to upgrade.

Upgrading to EASE 5 is designed to be a seamless process. Your existing EASE 4 licenses will remain unchanged, and EASE 5 licenses will be provided as additional licenses.
